Some major points from the terms and conditions are:

  • Our services are month-to-month with payments due on the first day of the month.  Unpaid accounts will be terminated promptly.
  • You are paying a monthly fee for the use of our business address on your web site and stationary.  If you discontinue our services or fail to pay you must discontinue the use of our address on your web site and all other places where it is used.
  • Our basic fee is for up to five people and one company name on the account.  If you have more people or more company names please specify in the application.

A copy will be sent to you via email after signing up for services.

Step 1 - Buy Coworking Product

This form allows the buyer to select a Coworking product and then provide contact and payment information.
    Our services are month-to-month with payments due on the first day of the month.  You agree to have your credit card charged in advance on the first day of the month. Unpaid accounts will be terminated promptly.
  • Please provide your contact information and preferred method of payment. Your credit card will be billed on the first day of each month.

    These fees will be charged on the first day of each month.

    You will be charged a one time fee for a security deposit equal to one month of service.
    The use of our address is a business service for which customers must pay $50 per month. Upon the termination of this agreement by either party the customer must remove all references to 600 17th Street. If the address continues to be used, the customer agrees to pay $50 for each month for which the address is used. YourOffice will monitor the use of the address by Client, notify the client of continued use and pursue payment of past amounts due in small claims court.
