The primary differences are the size of offices and privacy.  Most facilities offer offices with glass walls that are very small.   A one person office in a typical coworking facility is 45-60 square feet and sells for $700-$800 per month.  Our one person offices are twice that size and sell for the same monthly rate.  Attorneys typically need more storage space for files and perhaps more space for an assistant.  At our facility you’ll can receive a 120 square foot, fully furnished office with telephone and internet service for the same monthly fee as at a coworking facility.  Additionally, we do not have glass walls, so you’ll have privacy while working within your dedicated office space.
