This office is a small window office suitable for 1 person with a standard furniture package (desk, credenza, mobile file, bookcase and lateral file).  It can be adapted to smaller workstations and the office could hold up to 2 people with 24 X 48 inch workstations.  It is 10 feet wide and 15 feet long on the longest side.  A diagonal cut from one corner reduces the square footage to 125 square feet and provides a great view of downtown Denver to the south.
