Phone Answering Services

YourOffice has taken the high touch approach to representing your business.  Most coworking facilities provide no phone service.  Those that do usually outsource telephone answering services to remote locations with multiple receptionists that don’t know your business.  We provide telephone answering services with on-site staff members who will become familiar with your business over time.  These are the same staff members who process your mail, greet your visitors and provide notary and other labor services.  We’ll answer up to 200 calls per month as part of this package.  If you get more than 200 calls per month a modest fee of $.33 per call will be added to your month end services invoice.

We answer calls between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday with holidays excluded.  After hours calls will forward to your voice mail.
